Private Dining Policies:

For orders placed through "Private Dining To-Go" menu:
Menus are updated seasonally, there will be no substitutions available.
Breakfast orders must be placed by 2pm the day before.
Same-day lunch orders must be placed by 10am.

Please be advised, orders are available for pick up only in the coffee pantry on your floor in to-go bags organized by your first name in alphabetical order. For further direction, please ask reception for assistance.

For orders placed through "Private Dining Tray Service" menu:

Same-day orders must be placed 30 minutes in advance.

Catering Policies:

Guarantee Policy:

To provide you with the level of service you expect, we request that you guarantee the number of guests attending your event at least 48 hours in advance. Depending on the size and nature of your event, a 72 hour notice may be required. Any changes must be made 24 hours prior to the event. If no changes are confirmed, service will be provided and billed as contracted.
No orders will be accepted after 12pm the day prior to your event.

Cancellations:

We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with short notice. Due to our advanced preparation, complete cancellations within 48 hours will not incur any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total, and less than 24 hours will incur the full cost.

Booking:

In an effort to ensure procurement and staffing, we require advance notice on all catering orders; 72 hour notice for all Reception and Cocktail orders and 24 hour notice for all catering orders.

Delivery:

For delivery to any other floor than 63, please specify which floor and room.

*For food quality, health and safety assurance, the allowed amount of time food can be sit out is 2 hours. All items will be removed at this point.
